About
I'm Axel Lubeck. I build smart systems for the people who keep this region running.
Axel Lubeck, founder.
I was born and raised on a farm outside Worsley, Alberta—the kind of place where you learn early that talk is cheap and the work either gets done or it doesn't. That's still how I operate.
At 17 I joined the Army and served seven years. I jumped out of planes as a paratrooper, ran comms as a signal operator, performed with the Skyhawks parachute demonstration team, and came up through military logistics—moving people, gear, and information so the mission actually happened. Logistics is where I learned that the fanciest plan is worthless if the day-to-day doesn't run.
Since then I've worked as a big-game hunting guide and a smokejumper, parachuting into wildfires to fight them on the ground. Different jobs, same lesson: out here, tools have to work the first time, in bad conditions, with no one to call.
I started Peace Country AI to bring that same standard to solving problems. Most operators don't need some big AI project. They've got information going in circles and a few things that quietly cost them time and money every week. I straighten that out, prove it works, and hand it over. At the end of the day, I solve problems. It's what I do best, and I don't stop until it's done right.
How I work
We fix one thing that's actually costing you, and prove it before going further.
No jargon, no upsell. You'll always know what I'm doing and why.
Tools that work in the field, on a phone, in bad conditions—not just in a demo.
You get the setup, the docs, and simple steps your team can run without me.
