Work

What I do, and why it matters.

The short version: I find where your information is going in circles, and I straighten it out.

Almost every operation I walk into has the same problem hiding in it. A number gets written on a ticket, typed into a spreadsheet, texted to the office, then typed again into an invoice. Every lap costs time, and every lap is a chance for something to go wrong. That's information going in circles.

I build smart systems that make it travel in a straight line instead. Capture it once, out where the work happens, and let it flow to where it needs to go: the schedule, the driver, the invoice, the safety record. No re-typing. No chasing it down later.

When that clicks, the whole operation feels different. The crew does more with less. Invoices go out the day the work is done instead of two weeks later. The numbers you need to make a call are actually there when you need them. And the office gets its evenings and weekends back.

I keep the first job small and prove it on one real problem before we go further. You always know what I'm building and why. When it's done, it's yours to run.

The best proof is the work itself. Real operators, real problems, real solutions.

Bring one example: a ticket, a log, a spreadsheet, a safety plan. I'll tell you the smallest useful next step.
